While this STAT got a little bit more controversial this season with 3 of the 11 forecasters (including McKeens and Scott Cullen) not submitting formal Shutout Rank or Total projections, most forecasters and poolers agree that Shutout Stats are still important and different enough to have projections for them.

Hockey Le Magazine completely dominated Shutout Projections this season, finishing first with 80.08 Pts and and Average Error of 1.75 in their shutout total projections. Dom Luszczyszyn finished second with 74.24 out of a possible 100 Pts, and Left Wing Lock took the third spot on the podium, narrowly edging out The Hockey News with 67.73 Pts.
