1st - The Sports Forecaster, 2nd - The Hockey News, 3rd - Dobber

McKeens had the best W rank projections out of all forecasters.  They got 14.14 out of a possible 100 points. The Hockey News finished in second place with 12.75 points while Dobber had 9.62 points for third place.

Notables:

The bottom three forecasters for W rank (McKeens, Hockey Magazine, and TSN) all had negative point values.  There was a 104.42 point difference between The Forecaster and TSN for the 16 to 20 player range (Figure 1).

The Forecaster was the only forecaster to have three player range point values in the negatives.   (Figure 1).

The Hockey News had the lowest total absolute error in their W rank predictions.  They were off by 428 spots (Figure 2), an average error of 10.70 spots per player.  The Forecaster had the greatest total absolute error in their W rank predictions.  They were off by 499.33 spots (Figure 2), an average error of 12.48 spots per player.
